Traditionally, branded promotions have been considered an offline strategy, while email campaigns have focused exclusively on promoting a specific product or service. The two strategies have been considered completely separate, but they can actually be used together to get more conversions.

You’ll need to write your emails using the same strategies to drive conversions. However, you can incorporate branded products to help you get even more results. Here are a few things you can do.

Host a Contest or Giveaway

One of the easiest ways to included branded products in your email campaigns is to host a contest or giveaway for those products.

Don’t expect your customers to read between the lines. Tell them exactly what you want them to do and provide them the means to do it.

That means saying “Buy this item now” and including a huge button that links them to the page or shopping cart. Combine graphics and direct language to make the call to action clear and easy to execute and you’ll get more conversions.
